Our Why
Little GF Chefs was created to help children on restricted diets address their anxiety and low self-confidence in a healthy and fun way.
Children that have celiac disease or food allergies are at a much higher risk for developing anxiety (rooted in real fears) and low self-confidence.
Baking helps to empower children by teaching them to have a positive relationship with food, and that no matter their diet restrictions they don’t have to live without.
Just like other kids, they can have fun in the kitchen too and the Little GF Chefs baking kits help facilitate that. Learning baking skills at a young age also teaches baking club members an important life skill that will help them take care of themselves in the future.
