  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger do not substitute with ground ginger
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice do not substitute orange juice made from concentrate or the low calorie blends
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh or ground turmeric


  1. Peel the carrot, peach and ginger and add to a blender.
  2. Add the orange juice and turmeric.
  3. Blend until totally smooth, about 2-3 minutes on high.
  4. Enjoy!
