Watermelon Pizza

This recipe is naturally gluten free and free from the 8 most common allergens. The servings will depend on the size of your watermelon, but we use small watermelons which makes 6 servings. If you use a large watermelon, you'll want to cut it into eight slices and you might need some additional fruit for toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 round slice of watermelon 1 inch thick
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/3 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1 pouch Strawberry Banana perfectlyfree Fruit Bites
  • 1 pouch Mixed Berry perfectlyfree Fruit Bites
  • 1 pouch Pineapple Mango perfectlyfree Fruit Bites

Instructions

  1. Cut your round watermelon slice into six even sections.

  2. Chop your kiwi and slice your perfectlyfree fruit bites in half and set aside.

  3. Wash and dry your blackberries and raspberries.

  4. Add your chopped kiwi to one of the six watermelon sections. Arrange it so that it takes up the whole piece.

  5. Arrange your blackberries on the next piece of watermelon.

  6. Repeat the above step with your raspberries.

  7. Arrange your strawberry banana fruit bites evenly on one piece of watermelon.

  8. Repeat the above step with your pineapple mango and then with your mixed berry perfectlyfree fruit bites.

  9. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If sending a slice in a lunch box, you can add some yogurt or cream cheese to keep it together or keep the fruit separate so that it can be assembled at lunch time.
