Ingredient Information:
The mixes and decorating supplies that come in your Christmas cookies baking kit are all gluten free, vegan, and free of dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, artificial dyes and sesame.
- SUGAR COOKIES MIX: rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin (lemon derivative), organic sugar, aluminum free baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-GMO corn starch), kosher salt.
- ICING SUGAR: organic cane sugar, tapioca starch.
- GREEN FOOD COLORING: turmeric color, spirulina extract, organic tapioca maltodextrin, vegetable gum.
- RED SANDING SUGAR: sugar, radish (color), carnauba wax.
- GREEN SANDING SUGAR: sugar, spirulina, turmeric, zein (corn derived protein) glaze.
***Note to Customers with Corn Sensitivities: The sugar cookie mix can be made without the baking powder and the green sanding sugar can be substituted with extra red sanding sugar. Please request that your baking kit be made without corn in the order notes on the checkout page.
