Gluten free Halloween party foods that are healthy and loved by kids? Yes, it’s possible!
Halloween is a holiday that’s often centered around food, namely candy and junk food. Between the trick or treating and the parties that lead up to Halloween, it’s easy to indulge and find yourself and your kids eating more than their fair share.
To balance the candy intake, I bring healthy Halloween party foods to school celebrations and Halloween parties. They’re always well received and I love seeing the excited smiles on children’s faces when they see these healthy foods.
The first year I made these, my husband and I made them together. But, now that my kids are a little older, we make them together and it’s so much fun! All of the gluten free Halloween party foods below are celiac safe and allergy friendly. If you’re hosting a pre-trick or treating party or going to one, make all or some of these treats and they’ll be a hit!
