Celiac Disease Awareness Month Celebration
May is Celiac Disease Awareness Month and I plan to spend the month spreading awareness, educating loved ones, and celebrating the gluten free lifestyle with all of you!
Here’s what I’ve got planned EVERY week:
Being a gluten free consumer can be hard. Our grocery bills are much higher and it can also be challenging to find a good selection of the products you like in stores. This month, I’ll be hosting weekly giveaways to help you keep those hard earned dollars in your pocket and expose you to some awesome brands and resources!
Be sure to follow me on social media to join in the fun and hopefully be a lucky winner.

Celiac Disease Awareness & Education:
If you have celiac disease or are raising a child with celiac disease like me, then you understand that celiac disease is a genetic autoimmune disease and that living a gluten free lifestyle is not a choice, but the only treatment to date. However, as I’m sure you’re aware, not everyone else knows this. In fact, most people don’t and the lack of awareness is one of the reasons that more than 80% of people with celiac disease remain undiagnosed.
This month I’ll be sharing resources and handouts that you can share with your friends and family to help them support you and to spread awareness about celiac disease.
Gluten Free Recipes:
We’ve got a lot to celebrate this month, but don’t worry there’s still room for gluten free recipes. I’ll be sharing one every Friday 🙂 .
