GF Parenting Tips

Raising a child with celiac disease can be challenging, but it’s our job as parents and loved ones to shield our children from that as much as possible. Having access to quick recipes, yummy and healthy store bought snacks can go along way, and so can sharing stories of ways to reduce the stigma associated with the disease so that it doesn’t define your child. In this section of the website we will discuss:

  • Explaining celiac disease to your child
  • Managing anxiety
  • Building Confidence
  • Reducing stigma

Some tips will come from our experiences, and some from family and friends. We would love to hear from you too!
